B. 278 - A Bill to amend and reenact §61-3-49 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the purchase of scrap metal by scrap metal dealers; excluding gold, silver, palladium and platinum in the form of jewelry, bullion, ingots or coins from the definition of “scrap metal”; and prohibiting the purchase and sale of such precious metals in form of jewelry, bullion, ingots or coins under a scrap metal dealer license.”
